1 Week Already

Everything is going well. He has past his birth weight now (3.5kgs). Annabelle got quite upset when the midwife weighed him; maybe she thought the midwife was hurting him. He is setting to sleep around 10pm but wakes every two hours. Annabelle has adjusted to Vince well now, although she doesn’t like having to share her daddy’s knee.

Things are going well, although he did not settle until 3am last night we are hoping he goes down earlier tonight. We gave him his first bath today which he enjoyed.

Born at 4:48am, weight 3.4.4kg.

Staglands & First Sentence

She said her first sentence this week. When Toby (our cat) jumped up onto the dinning table she said, “Off the table” which is what we say when we shoo the cat off the table.

38 Weeks

16 Months

Most time she talks now she uses puts two words together. She even walks around the house trying to sing. Her favourite songs are 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat', 'Hot Potato' and '10 in the Bed'. She has been loving the warmer weather, playing outside as much as she can.

In the past couple of weeks she has mastered the use of the word ‘no’. She is also just starting to put two words together like ‘hello daddy’, 'yum nice'.

15 Months

Our little parrot, she can repeat most words we ask her to say. She is also starting to use words to let us know what she wants (down, teddy, shoes) which makes things easier.

Her hand coordination has improved, so have been encouraging her to use a spoon (and we thought she made a mess before). She has also tried using crayons but she is more interested in putting them in and out of the pencil case than using them for drawing.
